The ZK4502-0003-0050 is a flexible motor supply cable produced by Beckhoff within the ZK Motor Cables series. It carries three power cores and integrated signal pairs so that servo motors and their brakes can be wired with a single cable run. By combining bare-copper conductors, polypropylene insulation, and a polyvinyl chloride outer jacket, the product provides electrical connection and mechanical protection for moving-axis installations in industrial automation.
The round profile measures 11.7 mm ±0.3 mm, which provides a useful reference for gland sizing and drag-chain fill calculations. Up to 1000 V AC can be applied between the conductors and the overall shield, matching the insulation and clearance distances used in the cable design. Each power core is sized at 1.50 mm², which helps limit resistive heating while keeping the cable flexible. During routing, the jacket may be curved down to 5 × the outer cable diameter without damaging the dielectric layers, and in dynamic operation the copper withstands a tensile stress of 20 N/mm² at most.
