The cable has a total length of 4.00 m and is qualified for continuous flex applications with a minimum drag-chain bend radius of 7 × outer diameter. Endurance is specified for 5 million bending cycles, ensuring predictable service life in pick-and-place gantries and palletizers. The power cores use a cross-section of 1.00 mm² and can carry a rated current of 14 A up to a rated voltage of 630 V AC/DC. Separate brake leads provide 0.75 mm² conductors for holding brakes, while signal pairs with an AWG22 cross-section transmit feedback.
