The hybrid construction carries three-phase power, brake supply, and feedback conductors in one sheath, reducing panel wiring and installation time. By maintaining EMC compliance and mechanical flexibility, the cable ensures that motion axes receive stable energy and control signals during repetitive positioning, packaging, or material-handling duties.
The cable is supplied in a fixed 1.00 m length, suitable for short interconnections inside compact control cabinets. Its power cores use a cross-section of 1.00 mm², while the dedicated brake pair is sized at 0.75 mm² to match the lower current demands of electromechanical holding brakes. Continuous load capability on the power conductors reaches 14 A, and insulation is rated for 630 V AC/DC so that standard drive outputs can be routed without derating. Environmental protection is supported by an IP66/67 sealing level; molded connectors and gaskets prevent dust ingress and allow temporary immersion.
