By integrating power conductors, brake cores, and screened signal pairs inside one jacket, the cable streamlines installation on production lines and minimizes wiring errors in motion-control cabinets.
With a designated length of 3.00 m, the lead suits short-axis or cabinet-to-machine runs. The insulation system withstands an operating voltage of 1000 V AC under UL listing, and the copper power conductors have a cross-section of 10 mm² with a direct current resistance not exceeding 1.91 Ω/km. Dedicated brake cores use a reduced cross-section of 1.50 mm² to actuate holding brakes without excess bulk.
