The Beckhoff ZK4500-8022-0190 cable belongs to the ZK Motor Cable Series which is suitable for demanding industrial purposes and is further synergetic with drag chains. Its color beige thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) coating alongside robust outer diameter reaching 11.6 mm provides superb mechanical wear and environmental stress protection.
Head A of the cable comes equipped with a plug from the itec® Series 915. This connector contains three plus-PE power contacts and five contacts for signal transmission. A female plug fitted with crimp connectors is the end termination, which ensures reliable power termination. Due to the fact that the connectors are black Ral9011, they also look stylish. A clamping yoke connection facilitates the attachment of a female socket with a 7.62 millimeters pitch to Head B of the cable. This makes everything easy and reliable. And because the power carrying capacity of the wires is 1.00 mm2 (AWG18) for power and 0.34 mm2 (AWG22) for signals, effective communication of power and signals is ensured.
