Intended for energy-chain routing, it combines finely stranded copper conductors with a polyurethane sheath to withstand constant motion while limiting electromagnetic interference. Because the cable ships pre-terminated at both ends, installation time is reduced and connection quality remains consistent across multiple machines.
It is delivered in a fixed length of 12.00 m, which provides a predictable service loop for machine layouts. Inside the sheath, a 4 x 1 mm² + 2 x 0.75 mm² + 2 x AWG22 conductor bundle separates the motor phases, brake supply, and differential encoder channels.
