Using a single cable for these functions helps keep moving axis layouts compact and reduces the number of separate runs along the machine. The cable maintains signal integrity during constant motion, enabling precise positioning on pick-and-place modules, gantry axes, and packaging lines. Finely stranded conductors and an abrasion-resistant outer jacket help it endure high mechanical stress without compromising electrical performance.

The assembly is supplied in a length of 10.00 m, allowing direct runs from cabinet to motor without intermediate junctions. Each power core is sized at 1.00 mm² to carry phase current, while the brake pair uses 0.75 mm² to energize the motor’s holding brake. Feedback signals travel over twisted pairs sized at AWG22.
