By combining power cores and signal pairs in a single jacket, the cable simplifies routing inside energy-chain assemblies and maintains consistent electrical characteristics along the entire run.
For fixed installation, the minimum bend radius is 5 × OD, while dynamic routing in drag chains requires a radius of seven times the outer diameter to reduce conductor fatigue. The assembly is supplied in a factory-terminated length of 2.00 m, and its conductor arrangement of 4×1 mm² + 2×0.75 mm² + 2×AWG22 separates motor phases, protective earth, brake supply, and differential encoder signals. A rated insulation strength of 1000 V AC supports connection to servo inverters without additional conduit.
