The ZK4500-0023-0012 is a pre-assembled motor cable from Beckhoff’s ZK Motor Cables series. Supplied as a ready-to-install harness, it carries drive power and feedback signals between a servomotor and its controller while moving inside drag chains and robotic joints. By combining power conductors, signal pairs, and braided shielding in a single flexible line, the product simplifies cable routing in industrial automation cells that require frequent motion and stable electrical performance. This format also reduces the need for separate cable runs between the motor and drive, which helps keep moving assemblies more compact.
At 1.20 m in length, the cable fits short cabinet or axis runs without excess slack. An M23 circular plug with an 8-pin insert terminates the motor side, coupling three power phases, protective earth, and encoder conductors through one interface. The power cores use a cross-section of 1.50 mm², while the signal pairs use 0.75 mm² conductors for typical servo feedback duties.
