By combining preassembled connectors with industrial-grade insulation and jacketing, the cable carries motor current, signal reference, and protective earth while simplifying field wiring on assembly lines and material-handling equipment.
At a length of 20 m, the assembly arrives ready-to-run, eliminating on-site cutting or terminations. Its conductors are bare copper with a cross-section of 2.50 mm², providing the ampacity required for servo phases while keeping loop resistance low. The maximum line-to-ground potential is 1000 V AC, so the cable can be routed alongside standard machine power circuits without derating. Mechanical flex points are protected by a minimum permissible bend of 238 mm, a value that must be respected during routing through cable trays and machine frames. An integrated M23 plug contains 8-pin contacts that separate phase, neutral, and feedback leads to maintain signal integrity under dynamic loads.
