The ZK4500-0004-0070 cable is produced by Beckhoff within the ZK Motor Cables series. It is supplied as a hybrid motor lead that carries drive power and encoder signals between a servo amplifier and its matched motor inside automated production cells. Combining multiple conductors in one sheath reduces panel space, shortens installation time, and keeps the motor-to-controller link electrically consistent during continuous machine movement. Using one cable for both power and feedback also helps keep moving cable paths compact on servo axes.
This assembly is delivered in a fixed length of 7.00 m. Inside the jacket, a 4x2.5 + 2x(2x1) mm² conductor set provides separate paths for phase current and feedback lines, matching typical low-voltage servo layouts. This layout keeps motor power and low-level feedback circuits in the same cable while separating their conductor paths. The power cores can carry up to 30 A and withstand phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground stress up to 630 V AC/DC, while the overall dielectric spacing supports a system potential of 1000 V AC.
