Its pre-assembled, keyed connectors reduce wiring time during installation and help maintain signal integrity in dynamic routing chains. This arrangement also avoids field termination at the machine connection points.
At a fixed length of 3.00 m, the cable suits short runs inside a control cabinet or between closely mounted axes. Internally, the conductor bundle follows a 4 x 1.5 mm² + 2 x (2 x 0.75 mm²) layout, where the larger cores deliver motor phase power and the paired smaller cores carry feedback signals. The phase cores can handle a 30 A maximum when connected to the head A plug, which is an eight-pole interface in the M23 format. Polypropylene insulation surrounds each bare copper conductor, and a polyvinyl chloride sheath passes a 4000 V dielectric test. The jacket material is PVC, giving resistance to oils and coolant splash while helping the cable remain flexible over repeated machine cycles.
