The ZK4500-0003-0010 motor cable is produced by Beckhoff within the ZK Motor Cables series and serves as the power-and-signal link between a servo motor and its drive in an automated machine. By combining three power cores and auxiliary feedback pairs in one assembly, it streamlines installation while keeping electrical separation intact. An M23 plug is fitted on the drive side for quick coupling. The outer jacket is PVC for oil-resistant routing in drag chains, and the internal wire insulation is PP to reduce frictional heat.
This cable is supplied in a fixed length of 1.00 m; the short segment suits cabinet-to-motor connections where slack must be limited. Rated for up to 1000 V AC, the assembly can drive medium-power servo motors without exceeding dielectric limits. Its circular profile measures 11.7 mm in diameter, a size compatible with standard energy-chain separators.
