The ZK4000-2210-2150 is a flexible motor supply lead produced by Beckhoff and assigned to the ZK Motor Cables series. Designed for dynamic routing between a servo drive and a rotary motor, the cable carries power and feedback signals in automated machinery. Its geometry and materials are selected to maintain signal integrity, mechanical endurance, and electromagnetic shielding in continuously moving cable chains that characterize many Beckhoff motion systems. It serves as a plug-and-play component for modular control cabinets, matching the pinouts of standard AX servo amplifiers.
The cable is rated for an operating voltage of 300 V, and its polypropylene insulation provides an insulation resistance of 5,000 MΩ × km, which helps limit leakage current over long runs. A mutual capacitance of 120 pF/m helps keep reactive charging current low, which is important for precise current control at high PWM frequencies. The conductor set is arranged as 4 x 2 x 0.25 mm²; this paired and twisted layout separates power and sensor lines to reduce crosstalk.
