The ZK2020-3132-0100 power cable from the ZK series has four conductors of 0.34 mm² cross section (AWG22) with a durable PUR outer jacket that offers excellent mechanical resistance. It is specifically designed to perform in drag chain applications. The cable supports a rated current of 4 A at 40 °C and a rated voltage of 30 V. The M8 connectors are A-coded and feature 4 pin contact interfaces on both ends. Head A uses a male plug and Head B uses a female socket. Both connectors are unshielded and rated for ≥ 100 mating cycles per IEC 60512-9a. Installation size for both heads is M8. The connectors are built to handle industrial power and signal demands where compact and secure connections are essential. Recommended nut torque is 0.4 Nm that ensures secure mechanical connection without risk of damage. The cable’s design also ensures minimal contact resistance.
