The four conductors have a cross section of 4 x 0.34 mm² (AWG22), and each core consists of 42 strands of 0.10 mm wire to improve flexibility during continuous machine motion. A tough PUR sheath protects the bundle against oil, coolant, and abrasion, while its outer diameter of 4.7 mm ± 0.15 mm allows tight cable routing through drag chains or sensor tracks.
