The ZK1090-9191-0100 is a motor and feedback cable produced by Beckhoff within the ZK Motor Cables series. It forms the fixed link between an EtherCAT drive controller and a synchronous motor, carrying both power and high-speed differential signals so that motion axes in an automation cell can be energized and monitored with a single hybrid lead. This arrangement lets the drive deliver motor current while receiving the feedback signals needed for closed-loop motion. By combining these functions in one assembly, it helps keep cable routing straightforward where a compact connection between the drive and motor is required.
The assembly is supplied in a factory-terminated length of 10.00 m, allowing direct routing from cabinet to machine without splices. A rated voltage of 60 V matches the low-voltage DC bus used in compact servo stages, while the device-end plug tolerates back-EMF transients up to 160 V. The conductors use a 4 x 2 x AWG26 layout, and each twisted pair provides 0.14 mm² of copper with a loop resistance of 280 Ω/km.
