The ZK1090-3191-1010 EtherCAT cable features two distinct heads: Head A and Head B. Head A is an M8 plug with a 4 pin configuration. It supports a rated voltage of 63 V and a current of 4 A at 40 °C. It offers excellent shielding and an insulation resistance of over 100 GΩ that makes it suitable for demanding electrical environments. Head A uses a screw locking mechanism and is equipped with an A-coded male contact type. The recommended torque for the nut is 0.4 Nm and it can withstand over 100 mating cycles. The head is designed with a black TPU UL94 body material, green PA 6 UL 94 V0 contact carrier and gold plated CuZn contacts to ensure durability and corrosion resistance. Head B on the other hand is an RJ45 plug with an 8 pin configuration. It supports a rated voltage of 125 V and a current of 1 A at 40 °C.
