The cable carries control supply up to 30 V and withstands up to 700 V test potential between core and shield for insulation verification. Its internal geometry follows a Star Quad arrangement where four balanced cores minimize crosstalk and preserve impedance. Each core is built from 19 × 0.1 mm fine-strand copper, and the overall conductor set has a cross-section of 1 × 4 × 0.14 mm² (AWG26), a size that keeps bending forces low in dynamic cable tracks.
