The ZK1090-3131-0100 is a pre-terminated motor feedback cable from Beckhoff’s ZK Motor Cables series. Designed for use in motion control and distributed I/O assemblies, the cable links encoders or other low-power sensors to a control cabinet while flexing inside drag-chain installations. Both ends are fitted with M8 plugs that align to the A-coded pin layout, allowing quick replacement without crimping. A star-quad pair arrangement inside the polyurethane jacket maintains balanced signal transmission and limits crosstalk caused by high-frequency switching equipment.

The cable operates on a maximum potential of 30 V, matching the extra-low-voltage level typically supplied by encoder interfaces.
