The ZK1090-3131-0040 EtherCAT cable is manufactured for reliable industrial applications. It is specifically designed for data transmission in drag-chain systems. The cable meets Ethernet Cat.5 specifications. This cable supports a wide range of industrial automation environments due to its durable construction and compliance with key international standards.
This ZK series EtherCAT cable comes with an outer diameter of 5.4 mm ± 0.3 mm and meets stringent quality standards adhering to RoHS, CE and UL certifications. It offers robust electrical insulation with a dielectric strength rating between conductors and from conductor to shield of 1000 volts DC and 700 volts AC. This high dielectric strength ensures safe and reliable electrical performance even under challenging operational conditions. The wire insulation is made of PP (polypropylene) and the jacket is constructed from PUR (polyurethane). The model provides excellent resistance to oil, solvents and environmental stress. The cable also includes shielding with 90 % coverage using braided tinned copper wires ensuring high levels of electromagnetic compatibility and noise reduction. The EtherCAT cable’s jacket is green with a black print detailing the cable specifications and the UL approval number (E130266).
