The PS1011-2420-0000 is a compact single phase DC Power Supply. The device provides stable 480 W output power. It features wide input voltage support and power factor correction for efficiency.
The PS1011-2420-0000 power supply supports an AC input range from 90 V to 264 V for continuous operation. It can handle 264 V to 300 V AC for up to 500 milliseconds. The permissible voltage between line and earth is up to 300 V AC. Input frequency ranges from 50 Hz to 60 Hz with a ± 6 % tolerance. The typical turn on voltage is 81 V AC while shut down occurs at 63 V or 71 V AC. At 100V AC input, the device draws 5.2 A current; at 120 V AC, it draws 4.3 A and at 230V AC, it draws 2.3A. The power factor is 0.99 at lower voltages. Start up delay times are 420 ms for 100 V AC, 300 ms for 120 V AC and 230 ms for 230 V AC. The rise time for the model is typically 100 ms and the turn on overshoot is limited to 200 mV. The hold up time is 54ms typical and 44 ms minimum across all input voltages.
The output voltage of the Beckhoff PS1011-2420-0000 power supply is nominally 24 V that is adjustable between 24 V and 28 V and up to a maximum of 30 V. Line regulation is within 10 mV and load regulation is maintained within 100 mV. Residual ripple and ripple voltage remain below 100 mV. The device supports a continuous output current of 20 A with additional settings for 12.5 A, 17.1 A and 10.7 A depending on requirements.
