Product Description:

The KL9515 unit is a compact module for efficient distribution of electricity in control systems. This module has two 3-pin terminations. The design of the module allows simple voltage distribution. The KL9515 also features a compact width of 12 mm, height of 100 mm, and depth of 68 mm. Its small size makes possible space-saving mounting in panels densely packed, particularly for large numbers of wiring schemes.

Having a weight of only 60 g, it is light and easy to handle during assembly or service. The module is snapped onto DIN rails for rapid and secure mounting on standard control enclosures. It features solid construction that prevents loosening from vibration as well as electrical loading. IP20 protected, the KL9515 is particularly well-suited to use in enclosed cabinet environments where little exposure to moisture or dust can be anticipated. Storage temperature range is -25 to 85 °C, enabling safe handling and warehousing in a vast range of environments. Although passive in use, the module is critical to ensuring electrical continuity throughout the system. It is particularly designed for power cable expansion through more than one terminal in minimizing crowding of cables and facilitating orderly distribution of power. Double-terminal construction allows ready accessibility at wiring and offers efficient supply of voltage. Its rugged build ensures that it remains a stable feature despite intensive use.

The KL9515 proves useful where there is need for sustained and secure channeling of voltage without complicating the system. Regardless of mounting in compact cabinets or larger modular structures, it offers clean mounting and uncluttered terminal structure. The KL9515 is a good choice for engineers to offer efficient power lines to their I/O terminals. Its simplicity, space saving, and secure mounting render it a good support module in structured automation assemblies.
