The KL9150-0000 is a Beckhoff supply terminal used within the KL Analog Input Modules series. It introduces mains power to the I/O segment so downstream terminals can draw energy for analog sensing tasks in industrial automation. By combining a supply interface with internal bus continuity, the module avoids separate wiring runs and keeps the K-bus energized while power is refreshed. It is intended for applications where segment power must be fed into a terminal row without interrupting communication through the Beckhoff bus structure.
The terminal handles a line input of 120/230 V AC, and its power contacts can carry up to 10 A to subsequent modules. It provides 1 additional power contact for routing field voltage to connected loads. With a depth of 68 mm and a housing width of 12 mm, the unit occupies minimal panel space and fits easily into dense terminal rows. Because the process image width is 0 bit, it does not exchange user data and serves only as a power distribution point. A green Power LED gives visual confirmation of live voltage, and separate front indicators make local status checks easier during normal operation. Wiring uses spring terminals actuated by a screwdriver, so conductors are secured quickly without screw tightening.
