Product Description:
The KL8548 analog module is used for flexible signal processing in automation systems. It is mounted via a 20-pin shielded flat-ribbon cable to ensure stable and interference-free signal transmission. It provides dual-mode current consumption—50 mA in ECO mode and 95 mA in full-scale mode. The module receives its power from a 24 V source and thus is very versatile to standard control cabinet use. The module has auto or switch setting manually, which provides users with the flexibility of utilizing field or test environments.
The unit switch and potentiometers are remote accessible to the PLC for adjustment and diagnostics purposes, which obviates physical access requirements. This feature makes remote setup and diagnosing easier. Its IN/OUT port is accessible via a K-bus for easy integration within modular systems. Convenience at initial setup and calibration is provided through potentiometer tuning and auto/manual switching. Designed for ordered environments where signal purity and access count, the device is specifically meets heavy use requirements. With shielded connection, interference is eliminated or minimized by the instrument, which is needed within analog signal accuracy environments. With independent settings and controls, the KL8548 is easy to set up and use consistently. Used either in test or installed permanently, its design allows for integration with little effort and maintenance. Its weight of approximately 215 g makes it easy to install. Power control, signal integrity, and accessible interface make it an economical solution to analog signal management. The addition of potentiometers for greater accuracy in signal adjustment also features status clarity with easy-to-read switches.
The KL8548 is a trade-off between small size and high-function, and it is useful in installations where analog flexibility and high-level communication are needed. Its 50 mA ECO mode and shielded flat-ribbon cable also enable low-power and noise-sensitive applications.
