Beckhoff offers the KL6771 which is an Analog Input Module for industrial applications. The module operates using the MP-bus standard for communication that confirms reliable data transfer at a rate of 1200 baud.
The KL6771 Analog Input Moduleoperates on a power supply sourced from the K-bus and power contacts. It has an electrical isolation of 500 V and is provided between the K-bus and MP-bus to improve system protection. It has a typical current consumption of 55 mA from the K-bus and 10 mA from the power contacts plus the consumption of connected MP-bus slaves. The module processes data with a 12-byte output and a 12-byte input process image. This allows the analog module to handle and transfer data in a highly efficient manner. Its compact design with dimensions of 12 mm x 100 mm x 70 mm guarantees that it fits within various system configurations.
