The Beckhoff's manufactured KL3404 Analog Input Module is specifically designed for accurate acquisition of analog voltage signals from four single-ended input channels. This input module guarantees a measurement error of below ±0.3%, compared to the full-scale value, to ensure that even slight changes in input voltage are measured accurately and reliably without much deviation. The internal resistance of the KL3404 input module is over 130 kΩ to reduce the load effect on the connected signal sources. With 12-bit resolution across the entire ±10 V range, this input module provides precise signal representation. The conversion time of around 2 milliseconds allows for fast sampling in this module and facilitates real-time monitoring. When operating within a 0–10 V range, this module provides an effective 11-bit resolution with high accuracy even at low input levels.
