The model KL3011 is a compact Analog Input Bus Terminal designed for current signals ranging from 0 to 20 mA. It converts analog signals to digital with a 12 bit resolution. It ensures electrically isolated data transmission to automation systems. The terminal features one input and supports differential signal technology.
The KL3011 bus terminal from the KL series offers precise current signal acquisition with an internal resistance of 80 ohms plus a 0.7 V diode voltage. It supports a maximum common mode voltage of 35 V and has a conversion time of approximately 1 millisecond. The input is processed using a 12 bit resolution. Its measurement error is within ± 0.3 % relative to the full scale value. The terminal is powered via the K-bus and relays data to the controller. It features run LEDs for data exchange indication and error LEDs to show overloads or open wire detection. The operating temperature for the bus terminal ranges from 0 to 55 °C while the storage temperature tolerance extends from - 25 to + 85 °C. It conforms to vibration and shock resistance standards EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27. It is suitable for humid environments with support for up to 95% relative humidity without condensation.
