The KL2702 Bus Terminal is a two channel solid state relay module. It features an electronic load relay technology. It ensures reliable switching with minimal wear. It is compact, efficient and ideal for industrial automation applications.
The KL2702 bus terminal operates using high power MOSFETs that allows robust switching without mechanical wear. The terminal supports both AC and DC voltages with a rotating field frequency from DC up to 100 Hz. It features a switch on delay of 320 µs and a switch off time between 5 to 8 ms. The bus terminal features integrated surge voltage protection that activates at 400 V AC to safeguard connected devices against overvoltage conditions. The protection circuitry limits transient spikes. Its leakage current in the OFF state is less than 1 mA. Switch off delay is precisely 6.2 ms that offers consistent performance. The bus terminal comes with two outputs and indicates their state through LEDs. The bus terminal features a 2 bit width for outputs in the process image that enables compact and efficient data handling. It operates without requiring manual address allocation or configuration settings. The terminal is constructed from high strength polycarbonate material. This provides excellent mechanical durability and resistance to impact, deformation and environmental stress.
The KL2702 bus terminal weighs approximately 55 grams that makes it lightweight for control cabinet installations. It operates within temperatures ranging from 0 °C to 55 °C. It can be stored safely in conditions between -25 °C and +85 °C. Its compact design measures 12 mm wide, 100 mm high and 68 mm deep. It fits securely on a 35 mm DIN rail according to EN 60715 standards with a locking mechanism.
