The module KL1501-1002 from Beckhoff is the member of the series KL Analog Input Series. This module is used in high-performance industrial applications. It has 24 VDC nominal voltage. The module is quite reliable and efficient and functions satisfactorily across various automation settings. As a member of the EN 61131-2, Type 1, it is adaptable to several industry norms.

The KL1501-1002 is both 0 and 1 signal voltage tolerant with a 0 signal voltage range of -3…+5 V and a 1 signal voltage of 15…30 V, according to EN 61131-2, Type 1. This module can count at up to counting frequency of up to 100 kHz. The frequency is limited to 2 kHz for switching up/down processes.
