The KL1302 Beckhoff bus terminal comprises digital inputs that comply with Type 2 input specifications. This terminal has two channels to support the operation. The product houses light emitting diodes to display the channel-related signal states. This device features a 24 VDC voltage. The unit’s input filter has a speed of 3 ms. It comprises a polycarbonate housing with LEDs. This terminal permits operation in explosive atmospheres.
The product depicts a variable installation position, although the horizontal position is preferred and a protection class of IP 20. This device’s shock resistance conforms to EN 60068-2-27 specifications. The unit’s DIN mounting rail has a locking mechanism and a 35 mm thickness. It offers three wiring options. This terminal’s original state must not be modified. The product-related control cabinet must comprise an IP 54 protection degree or higher. This device supports operation in explosion-prone areas.
