The FC9024 Lightbus card from Beckhoff is specialized for industrial automation applications. The RJ45 Ethernet ports mounted on this card ensure reliable network connections through three connections. All Ethernet channels on this device enable independent speed settings to support flexible network configurations.
The FC9024 Lightbus card supports fully duplex communication at 10, 100, or 1000 Mbit per second. Each channel of the card has its unique baud rate and bit rate settings. The Ethernet interface operates with precise data transmission reliability according to 10/100/1000Base-T specifications. This device functions with standard interface drivers that work with both the Intel framework and the company’s architecture system. The card uses 800 mA of current power. The FC9024 Lightbus card implements hardware diagnostic tools for channel monitoring purposes. Operation status and link health of the device are shown through two LEDs placed on each channel.
