It uses micro-glass fiber media which delivers high dirt-holding capacity and consistent particle retention. It withstands maximum operating pressures up to 20 bar that suits high-pressure hydraulic circuits. The module also filters to 10 micron rating, guaranteeing removal of fine contaminants and protects downstream components.

This type uses steel end caps for a well-maintained structural integrity under pressure surges. It seals with nitrile rubber gaskets to resist oil and hydraulic fluids and also prevent bypass leakage. The variant stands 250 mm long which maximizes media surface area and extends service intervals. It measures 65 mm in diameter which fits standard 10″ housing dimensions without adapters. This component flows from inside to outside direction and thus traps particles within the media depth and minimizes clogging at the surface. Moreover, it can handle maximum temperatures of 120°C, covering hot oil circuits. This collapses at 10 bar collapse pressure and prevents element deformation under fault conditions.

FC9002 module uses a double O-ring seal type which maintains redundant sealing and prevents contamination ingress. It recommends change-out at a 2.5 bar pressure differential that balances service life and filter performance. Mounted via bolt-on method secures the cartridge firmly to housing flanges without special tools. It achieves 98% retention efficiency at 10 micron and maintains fluid cleanliness standards.
