The ES4102 is one of the many products manufactured by this reputable company. It functions as an analogue EtherCAT output terminal that is able to produce voltage signals of between 0 to about 10 volts at a resolution of 16 bits. This product has a small, compact size and weighs only about 60 grams. It is relatively easy to handle and install and can maintain top operation performance over a long period. The unique design of this product combines with analogue channels in the same housing; these channels are also equipped with LED diodes to help operators to easily determine signal status.

The ES4102 is short-circuit protected and is able to support loads higher than 5 kiloohms; the precise design of the unit virtually eliminates output errors to less than 0.1 per cent. The expected output rate from this unit is also determined to be as high as 15 kilo signals per second. Unlike most terminals, the ES4102 allows customers to configure the watchdog; it also supports the activation of user synchronization.

The long-term storage of the ES4102 is permitted as long as the storage temperature is kept within the range of 40 to 85 degrees Celsius. Relative humidity should also be maintained below 95 per cent without water condensation. Multiple units of this product can be installed together side-by-side using the double slot and key connection. Several wiring times are also supported by this unit, including solid conductors, flexible conductors, and spring actuation by screwdrivers. The current consumed by this terminal is 170 milliamperes.
