The EJ7342-0000 is an EtherCAT plug-in module produced by Beckhoff and supplied within the EJ EtherCAT Plugins series. It is delivered as a board-level component that inserts into a carrier so field I/O can be centralized on standardized contacts rather than point-to-point wiring. In automated machines, this layout shortens setup time, keeps cabinet depth shallow, and supports quick module replacement when service is required.
