The CP7911-0001-0010 is a panel-mount industrial PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines a touchscreen display with onboard electronics so operators can supervise machines, issue commands, and visualize process data directly at the enclosure door or arm. In automated lines, the unit functions as the human-machine interface, using DVI for video connection to the host controller and receiving power from a 24 VDC control circuit.
The front bezel measures only 27.5 mm in depth, allowing flush installation even in shallow cabinets, while the active matrix screen spans 12 in. Graphic output is rendered at 800 × 600 pixels, a resolution that matches many SCADA layouts used on the plant floor. An ingress protection rating of IP65 at the front seals the panel against dust and low-pressure water jets, so washdowns do not affect the electronics. The electronics draw power from a regulated 22–30 VDC supply, eliminating the need for a separate AC feed inside the operator panel. Up to 50 m of DVI cabling can link the screen to the embedded PC or a remote industrial computer, giving flexibility in where the host hardware is positioned. Ten PLC special keys sit beside the touchscreen, and four M6 × 18 mm threaded inserts on the rear provide the mounting interface.
The housing spans 353.8 mm in width and 326.3 mm in height, dimensions that align with common VESA arm adapters. It tolerates shocks of 5 g for 30 ms without display dropout and withstands continuous vibration levels of 10–58 Hz at 0.035 mm displacement or 58–500 Hz at 0.5 g. A high-speed USB port supports data transfers up to 480 Mbit/s for service tools or flash drives. The panel remains functional in ambient temperatures from 0 °C to 55 °C and can be stored between -25 °C and +65 °C without damage.
