The CP7903-0021-0000 is an operator-station panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. The unit combines a human-machine interface with rugged field wiring so that process data, alarms, and manual overrides can be accessed directly on production equipment. Its TFT display and sealed connectors provide decentralized visualization and control while protecting sensitive electronics from harsh shop-floor conditions. This arrangement allows the display panel to be mounted near the machinery while the host computer remains in a more protected location.
Its screen measures 19 inches diagonally and renders graphics at 1280 × 1024 pixels, keeping small trend plots and detailed overlays clear. The backlight, controller board, and touch sensor together draw only 32 W, and all circuits receive power from a single 24 VDC supply that is compatible with standard control-panel power distribution. The faceplate has an IP65 rating, protecting it against airborne dust and low-pressure water jets. The circular I/O plugs have an IP67 rating when the mating connectors are securely fastened. These protection levels permit open-machine mounting without an additional enclosure in washdown areas or locations with high concentrations of airborne particles.
