The CP7903-0001-0010 is a fanless panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Delivered as a 19-inch operator station with integrated electronics, it combines visualization, data processing, and control tasks at the machine level. By attaching directly to switchgear cabinets or mounting arms, the panel provides a sealed front interface for SCADA, HMI, or soft-PLC runtime software in industrial automation cells that require decentralized computing near conveyors, packaging lines, or assembly stations.
The system is powered by a 22–30 VDC low-voltage source, so it can share the 24 V service rail that already feeds sensors and actuators. Its aluminum housing measures 504 mm in width, 455 mm in height, and only 45 mm in depth, minimizing protrusion when surface-mounted. The front carries a 19-inch TFT that renders graphics at 1280 × 1024 pixels, giving operators a full SXGA workspace for multi-window diagnostics. A laminated glass overlay and gasketed bezel provide an IP65 front rating, protecting the display side against dust and water jets during washdown procedures. Reliable operation is maintained at temperatures from 0 to +55 °C, permitting installation in control rooms or directly on the factory floor without auxiliary heating or cooling.
A DVI Extended output drives remote displays over cables up to 50 m long, while the touchscreen USB channel uses the USB Extended 2.0 standard to maintain full-speed signaling across the same distance. Four M6 × 18 mm mounting threads on the rear plate secure the unit to arm systems or VESA adapters without additional mounting hardware. During transport or storage, the panel withstands temperatures from -25 to +65 °C. During operation, it tolerates impacts of 5 G for 30 ms and continuous vibration from 10–58 Hz at 0.035 mm. These operating limits allow the electronics to remain stable on presses, pick-and-place robots, or mobile platforms subject to moderate vibration.
