By mounting directly on a machine front or swing arm, it replaces separate PCs and monitors, reducing cabinet space while offering direct access to TwinCAT or other industrial automation software through its built-in computing platform.
Its front panel carries a 15 in TFT that renders graphics at 1024 × 768 pixels, giving operators adequate detail for parameter entry and alarm review. The electronics draw from a 24 VDC supply that connects through a sealed 4-pin M12 plug, simplifying daisy-chain power wiring in modular cells. With a housing rated at IP65, the screen, keys, and connectors remain dust-tight and resist low-pressure water jets, allowing washdown when food or packaging lines are sanitized.
