Product Description:
The CP7902-1301-0000 is a fanless operator panel manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed for front mounting on electrical enclosures, the unit serves as a local human-machine interface for TwinCAT and other industrial control platforms. It combines a TFT display, touch input, and a field-rated housing so machine status, alarms, and parameter pages can be managed at the process line without a separate computer.
The aluminum housing has a depth of 28.5 mm, giving the panel a slim profile for space-restricted door installations. A 15 in screen provides the viewing area, and its native resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels supports standard SCADA graphics without scaling. Power is supplied at 24 VDC through a coded spring-latch connector, and the front of the enclosure carries an IP65 rating when the gasket is correctly seated. The housing width is 426 mm and the height is 395 mm, allowing the panel to fit common cabinet cutouts. The unit tolerates 95% non-condensing humidity, allowing use in washdown areas or other humid environments, and signal wiring can be extended to the permitted panel distance so the display can be separated from the host PC.
Thermal limits reach 55 °C during operation and 65 °C during storage, while the minimum operating and storage temperatures are 0 °C and -20 °C. A maximum cable length of 50 m between the panel and the computer is possible when Beckhoff fiber or copper extension modules are used. The power inlet uses a 4-pole M12 connector, the DVI-D video path uses a 19-pole M16 connector, and USB-E accessories connect through an 8-pole M9 port. These circular connectors maintain the front seal and allow tool-free replacement without compromising ingress protection.
