The CP7902-1235-0000 is a front-mount display panel manufactured by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. In an industrial automation cell, this unit acts as the operator interface by presenting process data graphically and forwarding user commands to the controller. Its slim housing allows direct integration into enclosures, giving machine builders a sealed visualization point without adding a separate PC on the shop floor.
The operator views data on a 15 in active-matrix TFT, which is large enough for multi-window diagnostic screens while remaining compact for door mounting. The front face meets the IP65 protection class, helping prevent dust ingress and high-pressure water jets from reaching the internal electronics. Electrical power is supplied at 24 VDC, so the panel can share the same low-voltage circuit that feeds sensors and small actuators. The unit has an overall width of 426 mm and a height of 395 mm, allowing the bezel to fit standard control-cabinet cutouts. A depth of only 28.5 mm leaves space behind the door for ventilation ducts, cable trays, or other equipment.
Graphic data reaches the screen over DVI lines up to 50 m long, letting the host PC remain in a protected cabinet away from vibration or heat. USB handles peripheral interaction such as recipe loading and can cover the same cable run length, which supports flexible panel placement on the machine. Power is routed through a sealed 4-pin M12 connector, and the twist-lock mating plug helps prevent accidental removal. An all-metal enclosure made of aluminum dissipates heat evenly and provides electromagnetic shielding. Four mounting holes with M6 threads accept standard plate hardware, while dedicated 19-pin M16 DVI and 8-pin M9 USB couplings keep field wiring uniform across the machine.
