The CP7832-1148-0010 is a membrane keyboard panel designed under ideal industrial conditions by the highly trained engineers of Beckhoff Automation. This keyboard is built using the industry's best production practices; it contains several keys and can quickly meet the operation requirements of several industrial applications. The front panel of this product is made from Thin Film Transistor (TFT), which consumes less energy, maintains faster response times, improves display quality and has a longer half life. Despite the robust and compact design of this product, it must not be used in areas where there is extreme vibrations or the risk of high explosion. There are also special connectors at the back of the display to exchange power and digital signals between the display and other parts of the automation system.
This product does not have its own power on and off switch; it is completely dependent on the connected power supply source of the product. The low resistance protective earthing connection on this product is established through the ground bolt at the rear end of the product housing. Electrical cables required for the wiring and installation of this product are not delivered with it; these cables are to be ordered separately by operators who need them.
