The CP7821-0001-0010 is a 21-inch industrial Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as an operator terminal and control computer, it mounts directly on equipment and links field I/O with supervisory networks. In automated plants the unit delivers visualization, recipe handling, and local data logging at the machine level.
The Panel PC operates from 24 VDC (20.4–28.8 VDC), allowing it to share the same low-voltage bus found in most control cabinets. Its front panel carries an IP65 rating, so airborne dust and low-pressure water jets cannot reach internal electronics during wash-down. The display is a TFT screen, which delivers full-color graphics with wide viewing angles for diagnostic interfaces. To survive installation on moving machines, the system withstands shocks up to 5 G, 30 ms, preventing data loss during sudden impacts. Immunity to industrial electromagnetic disturbances is certified to EN 61000-6-2, meaning the PC can operate next to variable-frequency drives and switching relays without malfunction. The aluminum housing conducts heat away from the motherboard, and four mounting holes allow the panel to mount directly on an arm or support bracket.
The unit limits radiated noise to EN 61000-6-4 levels, so nearby devices are not affected by its digital circuitry.
