Product Description:
The CP7811-0001-0010 is an industrial panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines a 12-inch TFT touch display with an integrated computing platform so that machine operators can visualize process data and execute control tasks directly on the production floor. By mounting the unit on an enclosure wall or swing arm, OEMs obtain a compact HMI that tolerates washdown zones common to packaging, food, and material-handling equipment.
The electronics operate at a nominal input voltage of 24 VDC, supplied through a sealed 4-pin M12 power connector that simplifies daisy-chaining within cabinet layouts. A full-size DVI output is available through a 19-pin M16 receptacle that carries a digital-only DVI-D signal for remote monitors. The front panel meets IP65, so the aluminum housing resists dust ingress and low-pressure water jets without additional covers. USB peripherals such as scanners or memory sticks connect on the machine side through a 5-pin M9 socket. The port follows the USB 1.1 standard and supports data rates of up to 12 Mbps for configuration or data logging. The TFT display maintains stable brightness and color over long duty cycles, while the metal chassis provides a continuous path for conducting heat away from the internal boards.
Continuous operation is permitted from 0 °C to 55 °C, while noncondensing relative humidity can reach 95%. The unit tolerates short shocks of up to 5 G for 30 ms when it is secured to a rigid frame. During storage, the electronics can withstand temperatures from -20 °C to 65 °C, allowing spare terminals to remain in unconditioned warehouses until installation. The permitted humidity level supports use in damp production areas, provided that condensation does not form on the enclosure or connections. Its shock tolerance also helps protect the internal components from brief impacts that may occur during handling or operation.
