The CP7803-0001-0010 is an industrial Panel PC produced by Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. The unit combines computing hardware, a display, and machine-side connectors in one enclosure so it can function as the human-machine interface for automated lines and motion stations. Mounted on a support arm or a control cabinet door, it runs visualization software, relays commands to the PLC, and records operating data without relying on a separate office-style computer. This arrangement keeps the interface close to the process and reduces the number of standalone devices installed around the machine.
The unit presents a TFT screen that maintains color fidelity across wide viewing angles. Its enclosure is milled from aluminum, which helps keep weight low while also spreading internal heat across the housing. Internal electronics draw from a nominal 24 VDC supply and connect directly to the machine’s DC rail. A sealing concept rated IP65 blocks dust and low-pressure water during normal industrial use. Video is routed through a DVI-D connection with a 19-pole M16 IP67 connector, while 4-pole M12 power and 5-pole M9 USB plugs share the same protection level. The USB port exchanges data at up to 12 Mbps, which supports service keys, barcode readers, and similar peripherals. Continuous operation is permitted at ambient temperatures up to 55 °C, and emissions and immunity comply with EN 61000-6-4 and EN 61000-6-2.
Shock tolerance reaches 5 G, and that pulse can persist for 30 ms without disrupting operation. Relative humidity up to 95% is permitted when condensation is avoided. Peripheral compatibility is supported by the USB 1.1 protocol, allowing connection of legacy keyboards, simple input devices, and common service adapters. The unit can be used on packaging, assembly, and material-handling stations where the interface is exposed to vibration, splash, and frequent operator input.
