Product Description:
The CP7802-1327-0010 is an industrial Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff and assigned to the CP Panel PC Systems series. The device combines a computing unit, I/O interfaces, and a front display within a sealed housing, allowing it to serve as the operator panel in automated production lines, assembly stations, and other machine-mounted applications. By mounting on the machine itself, it offers direct visualization of status data and enables parameter entry without placing a full-size computer inside the control cabinet or routing every interaction through a remote terminal.
Its display is a TFT panel, a technology that delivers stable color, clear image reproduction, and viewing angles suitable for bright factory lighting. The electronics are powered from a nominal 24 VDC supply and continue to operate across a 20.4 V to 28.8 V range, so the unit tolerates common fluctuations on 24-volt control buses that often occur when multiple loads share the same supply. An aluminum housing, together with a bonded front foil, achieves a panel protection rating of IP65, while sealing around the circular plugs keeps each mating connector at the same ingress standard during normal installed use. Visual output can be exported through a DVI-D signal routed through a 19-pole M16 socket, and incoming power enters through a 4-pole M12 plug. A 5-pole M9 receptacle provides USB access; it follows the USB 1.1 standard and supports data transfers up to 12 Mbps for service tools, keyboards, and low-speed peripherals.
The mechanical qualifications keep the panel operational under machine motion and transport-related stress during routine operation. During a shock event of 5 G, 30 ms, the electronics and display remain functional, helping prevent unplanned stops after handling or transport impacts. Storage and transport are permissible within a temperature span of -20 to +65 °C, which covers most warehouse and staging environments before installation. Continuous vibration is absorbed as well: between 10 Hz and 58 Hz the maximum amplitude allowed at the mounting plane is 0.035 mm, and in the 58 Hz to 500 Hz band the limit is 0.5 G, supporting installation on presses, feeders, and mobile platforms where repeated vibration can occur during normal production.
