Product Description:
CP7802-1108-0010 is a control panel designed by Beckhoff Automation. The panel provides an interface between operators and process equipment used for industrial automation with a15 inch touchscreen display, which allows easy navigation for monitoring and control. In addition, the control panel has DVI and USB portsthat can be connected to an industrial PC. The DVI standard supports analog and digital signal. However, the DVI port on the CP7802-1108-0010 control panel only supports digital signals. The USB port is also used for connecting the industrial PC to the control panel. This interface supports the USB 1.1 standard with maximum 1.5 Mbps or 12 Mbps data rates. Beckhoff has designed the control panel for 24 Volts DC input.
DC power can be supplied to the unit via a 4-pole M12 connector located at the rear. Approximate power consumption of the control panel is 25 Watts. A ground bolt is also provided at the rear of the unit for the low-resistance earth connection. Beckhoff dos not permit use of the unit in explosive atmospheres. The specified operating temperature is from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The specified temperature for storage and transport is from -20 to 65 degrees Celsius. For shock resistance, the CP7802-1108-0010 panel complies with EN 60068-2-6. For impact resistance the unit complies with EN 60028-2-27. For resistance to interference, it complies with EN 61000-6-2, and for emission of interference, it complies with EN 61000-6-4. Any pixel errors on the TFT were caused during product, but do not represent valid reason for a complaint. Housing of the control panel is IP65 rated.
