Product Description:
The CP7802-1067-0010 is a Panel PC from Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed for machine-mounted installation, the unit integrates an industrial computer and a touchscreen so operators can issue commands directly at the line. When paired with Beckhoff control software, the device acts as the visualization and supervisory node for drives, I/O stations, and PLC functions in automated plants.
It features a TFT panel that provides high-contrast visuals for HMI tasks. The electronics are supplied from a control cabinet through an isolated power input rated at 24 VDC (20.4–28.8 VDC), letting the PC share the low-voltage rail with field devices. Video is routed over a 19-Pole M16 circular connector that carries DVI-D signals, simplifying sealing in washdown zones. Because the housing and front membrane achieve IP65 protection, the assembly can be mounted on the machine frame without an extra enclosure, resisting dust ingress and water jets. A separate 4-pole M12 plug provides quick-disconnect wiring, and grounding studs are included to limit conducted emissions.
For peripheral expansion, the rear panel offers a USB 1.1 channel accessible through a 5-pole M9 socket, enabling parameter backup or scanner attachment while preserving sealing. Mechanical durability includes a shock rating of 5 G, 30 ms, and the display stack withstands vibration up to 0.035 mm between 10 and 58 Hz and 0.5 G from 58 to 500 Hz for use on presses or mobile platforms. Non-operational electronics tolerate ambient extremes from -20 to +65 °C, easing storage and cold-start conditions. Electromagnetic compatibility meets the emission limits of EN 61000-6-4 and the immunity criteria of EN 61000-6-2, reducing the need for additional filtering in mixed-voltage cabinets.
