The CP7801-1033-0010 is a panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines processing electronics and a 10.1-inch operator display inside an aluminum front enclosure, allowing the controller to mount directly on machinery and serve as the human-machine interface for visualization and data entry. A 4-pole M12 connector supplies 24 VDC field power, eliminating the need for separate power wiring inside the control cabinet.
The panel face and fitted connectors have an ingress protection rating of IP65, so washdown cleaning does not compromise the internal circuits. Visual feedback is produced on a TFT screen that preserves color fidelity across wide viewing angles. The internal boards operate from a regulated input of 24 VDC with an allowable range of 20.4 to 28.8 VDC, and the system continues operating from 0 to 55 °C. The unit tolerates accidental impacts of up to 5 G for 30 ms, while continuous vibration from 10 to 58 Hz is limited to 0.035 mm and rises to 0.5 G through 500 Hz. A USB 1.1 channel on a 5-pole M9 connector supports service peripherals. The port maintains the same ingress protection as the panel face, helping protect data connections during operation on the machine.
For digital graphics output, the unit provides a DVI-D interface through a 19-pole M16 bulkhead connector, preserving signal quality when connected to an external monitor. The companion USB pathway supports a maximum throughput of 12 Mbps, which is sufficient for file transfers and communication with compatible peripherals. The enclosure has 4 tapped mounting holes, allowing it to attach directly to swing arms or control cabinets without adapters. When powered down, the system can be stored from -20 to +65 °C, and the electronics remain protected at ambient humidity levels up to 95% without condensation. The aluminum front enclosure dissipates heat generated by the processor during continuous operation.
