Product Description:
The CP7801-1031-0010 is a fanless panel PC from Beckhoff that belongs to the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines an industrial touchscreen with an integrated control computer so that machine states, HMI functions, and PLC tasks can be executed from the same enclosure on the factory floor. The unit is designed for direct mounting on equipment and operates from a 24 V DC control supply, giving OEMs a compact workstation for visualization and motion coordination in automated cells.
The electronics are powered from a nominal input of 24 VDC, and this low-voltage requirement allows the panel PC to share power with typical control circuits. A cast-aluminum housing rated at IP65 prevents dust ingress and water jets from affecting the display or I/O connectors. Conducted and radiated emissions meet the industrial limit set by EN 61000-6-4, while susceptibility performance is verified to the companion EN 61000-6-2 immunity standard. Two front USB ports follow the USB 1.1 protocol and transfer data at up to 12 Mbit/s, providing a place to load recipes or retrieve logs without opening the cabinet. For mechanical incidents, the assembly withstands continuous shocks up to 5 G for 30 ms and tolerates vibration amplitudes of 0.035 mm at 10 Hz, maintaining system integrity on moving machinery.
A sealed graphics link is provided through a 19-pole M16 connector that carries a DVI-D signal to an external monitor, and the matching power input uses a 4-pole M12 plug to keep wiring quick and polarity-safe. Operating reliability is maintained through vibration acceleration of 0.5 G across 58–500 Hz and an ambient range from 0 °C up to 55 °C. The electronics continue to function in relative humidity up to 95% without condensation, and a minimum ambient of 0 °C allows cold-start in unheated production halls.
